How to use blood in witchcraft (and how to substitute it)

 

When it comes to using blood in your workings, it can be quite powerful. Especially for us females when it's that certain time of the month. It can be used for a variety of workings. Especially in love magic. Some even offer it to their deities. It can be added to spells to add a "kick" or "boost" to it. However, others like the idea of adding blood into their work but don't feel comfortable with the process. Whether that involves pricking your finger or using a menstrual cup to gather your blood. I've come up with a recipe to help substitute it. 

All you will need is...

Honey

Beetroot or pomegranate juice/powder

And lastly... Your spit. 

Your spit acts like an anchor for this as it's from your body. Spit is also very good for protection and dominance when it comes to different types of spiritual workings. 

If you wish to use blood, I will mention that pig's blood is quite potent in magical workings especially if you do baneful magic and curses/hexes.
